Job summary

SUNCOAST BRANDS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to integrate demand forecasting with supply planning and production coordination. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Production, Warehousing, Procurement, and Finance to ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods.

You will monitor forecasts, adjust plans for seasonality and promotions, and drive continuous improvement across inventory management and replenishment processes to maintain service

Responsibilities

• Analyze historicalsalesdata,markettrends,customerdemand,andbusinessplanstodevelopaccuratedemandforecasts.
• Preparemonthly,quarterly,andannualdemandforecastsforproductsandmaterials.
• ConsolidatedemandinputsfromSales,Marketing,andotherrelevantdepartments.
• Monitorforecastaccuracyandidentifysignificantvariancesbetweenforecastedandactualdemand.
• Recommendadjustmentstoforecastsbasedonsalestrends,promotions,seasonality,andbusinessrequirements.
• Maintainrollingforecastsandupdatedemandplansregularly.
• Translatedemandforecastsintosupplyandreplenishmentrequirements.
• Developsupplyplanstoensuresfficientavailabilityoffinishedgoods,rawmaterials,andpackagingmaterials.
• Monitorinventorylevels,stockmovements,consumption,andprojectedrequirements.
• Identifypotentialstock-outs,overstock,slow-moving,andexcessinventoryandrecommendappropriateactions.
• Establishandmonitorinventorytargets,safetystock,andreplenishmentrequirements.
• CoordinatewithProcurementandsupplierstoensuretimelyavailabilityofmaterials.
• Supportinventoryoptimizationwhilemaintainingservicelevelrequirements.
• Develop andmaintainproductionplansbasedondemandforecasts,inventorylevels,productioncapacity,and material availability.
• CoordinatewithProductionandWarehouseteamstoensuretimelyexecutionofproductionrequirements.
• Monitorproductionschedulesandidentifypotentialcapacityormaterialconstraints.
• Adjustproductionandsupplyplansbasedonchangesindemand,inventory,andoperationalrequirements.
• Coordinatewithrelevantteamstoaddresssupplyorproductiongapsthatmayaffectproductavailability.
• Prepareandanalyzereportsondemand,inventory,supply,production,andproductavailability.
• Conducttrendandvarianceanalysistoidentifysupplychainrisksandimprovementopportunities.
• Monitorplanningmetricssuchasforecastaccuracy,inventorylevels,stockavailability,andreplenishment performance.
• Developdashboardsandmanagementreportstosupportsupplychaindecision-making.
• Providedata-drivenrecommendationstoimproveinventoryefficiency,productavailability,andsupplychain performance.
• Serve asakeycoordinationpointamongSales,Marketing,Production,Warehouse,Procurement,Finance,and Operations teams.
• Participate in demand and supply planning discussions and provide relevant data and recommendations.
• Communicatepotentialsupplyrisks,inventoryconcerns,anddemandchangestoconcernedstakeholders.
• Supportbusiness continuity andsupply risk mitigationinitiatives.
• Identify opportunitiestoimproveforecastingaccuracy,inventorymanagement,planningprocesses,andsupplychain efficiency.
• Participateinprocessimprovementprojectsrelatedtodemandplanning,supplyplanning,inventory,andproduction.
• Recommendsolutionstoreduceexcessinventory,preventstock-outs,andimproveoverallsupplychainperformance.
• Assistininventoryreconciliationandvarianceinvestigationwhennecessary.
• Supportsupplierandprocurementcoordinationrelatedtomaterialrequirements.
• Maintainplanningrecords,forecasts,inventoryreports,andotherrelevantsupplychaindocumentation.
