Job summary

INSPI PHILIPPINE VENTURE MERCHANDISE seeks a highly organized Demand Planner to forecast demand, manage inventory, and align plans with business goals. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain to optimize stock and meet customer demand efficiently.

The role requires strong analytical ability, familiarity with ERP systems and Excel, and experience in demand planning or inventory management within consumer goods or retail contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as Demand Planner or similar role in demand forecasting or inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret large data sets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
• Experience with demand planning software/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market input.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply plans with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to align demand with targets.
• Provide regular reports on forecast accuracy and stock performance.
• Support S&OP meetings and continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and launches.
