Job summary

Responsibilities

• Search for, collect, and verify data of basic and intermediate complexity for companies in assigned markets.

• Meet turnaround goals for assignments and escalate data issues when needed.
• Perform root-cause analysis when data issues are identified and update performance metrics.
• Participate in committees or projects beyond core responsibilities.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Search for, collect, and verify data of basic and intermediate complexity for companies in assigned markets using current methodologies and acceptable sources
• Respond to internal and client queries to ensure data aligns with methodology and policy guidelines
• Comply with established work process standards to maintain data quality
• Meet predetermined turnaround goals for assignments
• Escalate data interpretation issues as needed
• Perform root-cause analysis when data issues are identified
• Update internal documents for performance metrics monitoring
• Participate in working committees, projects, or tasks beyond core responsibilities
• Maintain paper and electronic files according to ISS and client retention policies

About You

The company is looking for candidates with:

• Degree in Business, Legal Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Social Sciences, Communication, or related fields
• Knowledge and experience using MS Office
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, with strong reading comprehension
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
• Fast learning ability to master new concepts, theories, ideas, and processes
• Willingness to work beyond traditional hours or days as required
• Experience in data collection and analysis, corporate governance, and business research is an advantage
