Job summary

University of St. La Salle in Makati City is seeking a detail-oriented data entry professional to collect, classify, and integrate financial data. You will support regulatory filings, investment vehicle data, and industry research.

The role requires strong MS Office and Excel skills, adaptability to changing tasks, and effective cross-cultural communication. A hybrid work arrangement will be provided after a short onsite training period of 2–6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a closely related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, with strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Technologically adept, fast learner, able to master new concepts, theories, ideas, and processes with ease.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to thrive in a cross-border or multicultural work environment.
• Highly adaptable, able to manage a variety of changing tasks assigned by the manager throughout the workday.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet rigorous performance metrics.
• Flexible and open to working both traditional and non-traditional hours as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Collect input data ensuring accuracy and consistency in routine data entry tasks.
• Collect and classify information from financial documents and regulatory filings based on established methodologies.
• Integrate and organize data from source documents related to investment vehicles such as Mutual Funds, ETFs, Pooled Separate Accounts, and Collective Trusts.
• Research, gather, and update data related to individuals and firms in the financial services industry.
• Participate in committees, projects, and initiatives beyond core responsibilities as needed.
• Communicate progress, potential issues, and risks related to operations in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure relevant databases are regularly updated and maintained for accuracy and completeness when assigned.
• Maintain appropriate paper and electronic records in accordance with ISS and client file retention policies.

Compensation & Benefits

• Permanent day shift schedule (10am - 7pm, Manila Time) based in Makati City.
• 2-6 months onsite training prior to transition to a hybrid working arrangement.
• Hybrid working arrangement with at least 3 days onsite per week.
