Job summary

ISS STOXX in Makati is seeking an entry-level data collection analyst to gather, verify, and structure information for its market assignments. You will respond to internal and client inquiries, ensuring adherence to data methodology and policy guidelines.

You will support performance metrics reporting, participate in projects, and maintain organized records while transitioning from 2–3 months of full on-site training to a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Social Sciences, Communication or equivalent/related course.
• Knowledge and experience in using MS Office.
• Excellent English communication (oral and written) and reading comprehension.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
• Fast learner and able to master new concepts, theories, ideas and processes.
• Willingness to work beyond traditional hours/days as required by the business.
• Experience in data collection and analysis, corporate governance and business research would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Search for, collect and verify data for companies under assigned market based on current collection methodologies and sources.
• Attend to internal/client queries to ensure data aligns with data methodology and policy guidelines.
• Comply with established work process standards to ensure data quality.
• Meet pre-determined turnaround goals for work assignments.
• Escalate data interpretation issues as needed.
• Perform root-cause analysis if data issues are identified.
• Update internal documents for performance metrics monitoring.
• Participate in working committees/projects aside from core responsibilities.
• Maintain appropriate paper and electronic files as required by ISS STOXX client file retention policies.
• Work location & schedule: onsite for training, then hybrid (3 days in office).

Work Location & Schedule Amenable working on a dayshift schedule. Office is located in Solaris

One Building, Ayala Makati. First 2 to 3 months of employment will be in full onsite (Mondays-Fridays) for training purposes, then hybrid work arrangement moving forward (3 days in the office per week). FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
