Job summary

Institutional Shareholder Services Philippines is seeking a Research Associate to conduct research on individuals and firms in the financial services sector, verify and update data in proprietary systems, and collect information from reliable sources. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and data quality while adapting to new processes.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The position starts with five days onsite training in Makati, then transitions to a hybrid setup with three onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field is required or fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
• Computer savvy with ability to learn new technology concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a cross-border, multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks during the workday.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance metrics.
• Experience using Excel to manipulate and prepare financial data is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Permanent late day shift schedule (12 noon – 9 pm Manila Time) based in Makati City.
• Five days a week onsite during training period, transitioning to hybrid work arrangement with three days onsite per week.
