Job summary

Institutional Shareholder Services Philippines is seeking a Data Analyst to manage day-to-day operations, ensure QA on platform files, and deliver data-driven insights using SQL and Excel. • SQL knowledge from beginner to intermediate, including writing and reading queries

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Data Analyst Team, including setting matching priorities and addressing matching-related queries
• Review platform files and create, maintain QA checks on incoming platform files and outgoing client feeds
• Conduct data assessments and deliver analysis to clients using SQL and Excel
• Communicate and support clients regarding data processing needs
• Partner with the Implementation Team to gather information and transition new clients into the data consortium
• Utilize JIRA to manage projects and coordinate with Development and Client Engagement teams
• Use quantitative methods to identify market trends to assist companies in making informed business decisions
• Develop a strong understanding of the Retirement/Investment Industry from a data perspective
• Maintain Sales Reporting and the product Nexus

Your Role

About You

Work Location & Schedule

• Work onsite in Makati City on a permanent night shift schedule (10PM - 7AM)
• Attend onsite training 5 days a week before transitioning to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week)
