Job summary

Home Credit is seeking a collector to manage outgoing and incoming calls about dues and contracts. You will inform clients of due dates and duties, and negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining professionalism.

The role requires clear communication in Tagalog and English, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment at the Spark Place Cubao area in Quezon City.

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls
• Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, client duties
• Collect overdue debts via phone – suggest solutions to non‑paying clients, make arrangements about payments
• Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, provide accurate information
• Handle mail and other administrative activities according to needs of Early Collections Department
