Job summary

A recruitment services firm is seeking a Contract Management Associate Manager to support contract compliance and management. In this role, you will work with regional teams to identify issues and generate compliance reports. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and a strong contracting background. Experience in commercial or legal services is preferred. Training opportunities may be available and location assignments will be in Boni, Mandaluyong City.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in contract management.
• Experience in commercial, legal services, and business is preferred.
• Certification in International Association for Contract and Commercial Management is an advantage.
• Strong contracting background required.
• Certification in International Association for Contract and Commercial Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support contract compliance via participation in service center teams.
• Generate reports to monitor contract compliance.
• Identify contract management issues and propose solutions.
• Ensure contracted projects maintain compliance and escalate issues.
• Work independently on smaller engagements or in larger teams.
• Apply Service Center tools and techniques to assign projects.
• Assist in training Service Center personnel.
• Provide information on local customs impacting Service Centers.
• Interface with Client personnel as needed.

About the job Contract Management Associate Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participation with Global and/or Regional Service Center teamsto support contract and subcontract compliance
• May generate reports required to monitor contract compliance;
• Assists in identifying contract management issues and proposingsolutions for approval
• Responsible for ensuring that where Contract Management isdeployed, contract compliance is maintained, and issues resolved. If thecontract is not complied with or issues are not resolved they must be promptlyescalated to their Contract Management line manager
• Independently works at smaller engagements and/or works withinteam at a large, complex engagement;
• Independently applies the Service Centers tools and techniquesto assigned projects;
• May support training activities for Service Centers personnel;and
• May be requested to provide information relative local customs andpractices which could potentially impact the Service Centers.
• Generation of reports required to monitor contract compliance.
• Identification of Service Center issues and proposals forsolutions for approval.
• Support of training activities for Service Center personnel.
• May have direct interface with Client personnel.

TO QUALIFY:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course
• Must have at least 5 years relevant experience
• Experience in commercial, legal services and business is highlypreferred
• Must have strong contracting background
• Certification in International Association for Contractand Commercial Management is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint andWord) is a plus
• Must be willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong City.
