Job summary

Cooee Inc is seeking a Compliance Support Officer - Fresh Graduates to assist with maintaining compliance records, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with clients and contractors. You will help ensure information is accurate and up to date while learning across Australian ESM regulations.

This role is onsite at Iloilo City, with training provided. As a fresh graduate, you’ll develop strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage client portfolios and compliance records.
• Process data entry and update information in internal systems.
• Review service reports and contractor certification reports.
• Liaise with clients and contractors on documentation and reports.
• Process ESM-related correspondence and certifications timely.
• Prepare portfolio reports and meeting minutes.
• Develop understanding of ESM regulations across states with training.
• Attend meetings and support CSO Lead and team as required.
