Job summary

NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Commissions Specialist to support processing of leases and sales, create commission breakdowns, and collaborate with brokers and escrow teams for timely payouts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field, and experience in accounting or commissions-related roles. Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks is advantageous. Location: Philippines; salary range ₱35,000–₱55,000 monthly.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
Some experience in accounting, finance, or commissions-related roles is preferred.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and with accounting software such as QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

Leases and Sales Processing: assist in processing leases and sales data and ensure accurate data entry.
Commission Breakdown and Submission: create detailed commission breakdowns and ensure timely submission to brokers and escrow.
Data Management: create, maintain, and update spreadsheets; pull reports and ensure data accuracy.
Email and Communication Management: monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails; draft professional messages.
CRM Management: update CRM with client information and track usage and performance.
