Job summary

ConnectUs Marketing Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Officer to support financial analysis, budgeting, and payroll processes. The role offers a work-from-home setup with potential hybrid arrangements in Batangas City, Philippines.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or related field, 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience, and familiarity with labor laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Management, Business Administration, Financial Administration or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of accounting-related experience.
• Has at least 1 year experience as Payroll Accountant.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Familiar with Labor Laws and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial analysis by interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and preparing reports to support decision-making.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing accurate and timely financial information.
• Accurately maintain and update books of accounts (Journal, Ledger).
• Collect daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets.
• Calculate employee work hours and process payroll data.
