Job summary

TP ICAP Group in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Officer to support Broker Compensation processes, focusing on calculation, accounting and payment of broker bonuses and related reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong Excel and data-analysis skills. You will work in a collaborative, detail‑oriented team in Taguig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Working towards accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
• Min of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare supporting schedules for bonus accruals and calculations.
• Compile and validate data for bonus payments and payroll submission.
• Support preparation of Broker Equity deferral calculations.
• Perform basic reconciliations and tie‑out supporting data to source systems.
• Maintain and update process documentation and trackers.
• Handle data gathering and validation for reporting, forecasts, and audit requests.
• Escalate discrepancies, data issues, or control gaps to the Supervisor.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives through data analysis and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
