Work For Prosper is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist in the Philippines to manage agent commissions under a 100% split model, monitor production metrics, and enforce the $5,000 cap. This role requires strong accounting background and experience with cloud software.

You will audit post-cap activities, collect per-transaction fees for compliance reviews, track annual technology fees, and prepare clean monthly financial statements for corporate review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA status or relevant certification is a distinct advantage.
• Proven professional experience in accounting, with a strong preference for backgrounds in US real estate brokerages, escrow handling, or commission-heavy sales structures.
• Advanced proficiency in cloud accounting software platforms (QuickBooks Online or Xero).
• Comfortable managing complex tier-based payout structures, tracking individual agent caps, and setting up automated monthly disbursement tracking.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with full availability to maintain a steady day shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process agent commission payouts under a 100% split model; monitor agent production metrics to accurately enforce the $5,000 commission cap.
• Post-cap, audit and collect per-transaction fee for risk insurance/broker compliance reviews. Track and invoice the annual technology fee (RingCentral, Google, Gemini AI).
• Audit and calculate monthly multi-stream passive income payouts to agents, including: Property Management Referrals and Virtual Assistant Referrals.
• Track internal agent-to-agent recruitment milestones, releasing the recruitment bonus on the new hire's first sale and on their second sale.
• Maintain general ledgers, perform routine bank and credit card reconciliations for the agent entity, and generate clean monthly financial statements for corporate review.
