DITO Telecommunity Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions across billing, customer management, and service delivery.

You will work with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, design feasible solutions, map processes in the BSS domain, and support testing, documentation, and project delivery. This on-site role is based in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in the telco industry, ideally with CRM experience.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document detailed business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps and propose scalable solutions.
• Support planning and execution of projects, coordinating IT, operations, and finance.
• Define test cases and participate in system testing, UAT, and QA processes.
• Create detailed documentation including business requirements, specs, and user guides.
• Communicate requirements and progress through regular stakeholder meetings.

Role Overview:

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth functioning of business processes related to billing, customer management, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.

Solution Design:

• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and propose solutions that align with business goals, ensuring feasibility and scalability.

Process Analysis and Optimization:

• Map current business processes and identify areas for process optimization within the BSS domain.
• Develop process models and workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Project Management Support:

• Assist in the planning and execution of the assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure successful project execution.

System Testing and Validation:

• Define test cases and scenarios to validate that the solutions meet business requirements.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance processes.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and expectations.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years working as a Business Analyst in the telco industry, ideally with experience in the Customer Relations Management (CRM).

Work condition:

• Candidate must be amenable to work 100% on-site in BGC.
