Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years working as a Business Analyst in the telco industry.
• Experience in Customer Relations Management (CRM).

• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and propose solutions that align with business goals, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
• Map current business processes and identify areas for process optimization within the BSS domain.
• Develop process models and workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist in the planning and execution of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure successful project execution.
• Define test cases and scenarios to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance processes.

About the role
