Responsibilities

• Handle deposit account servicing: deposits, withdrawals, encashments, checkbook reorders, and inquiries.
• Provide professional, courteous, and personalized servicing of client transactions.
• Cross-sell bank products and services when appropriate.
• Endorse prospective clients to BMs/RMs for client calls.
• Accept deposits and bill payments/collections for beneficiaries.
• Process payments, receipts and other monetary transactions.
• Verify client signatures against IDs and EDMS records for transactions.
• Ensure slips, source documents and postings are accurate and complete.
• Balance teller totals and perform end-of-day reconciliations.
• Assist in payroll processing and cash shipment handling as required.
• Maintain branch security and orderly work environment.
