Job summary

Bank of Commerce (Philippines) is seeking a branch teller to deliver efficient frontline service. You will greet clients, process cash deposits and withdrawals, and ensure accuracy and compliance with banking policies.

As a teller, you will handle cash transfers to vault, verify identities, and maintain strict cash controls. Fresh graduates are welcome and you will work under the Area Head's guidelines to provide courteous service across peso and foreign currency accounts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year degree program.
• Open to Fresh Graduates.
• Good communication skills and great customer service handling.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients at the counter with a smile and greet them warmly.
• Execute teller functions in strict adherence to bank rules and regulations.
• Maintain vault custody and validate cash transfers from/to Vault and Cash Center in the system.
• Assist as alternate custodian of keys as designated by Area Head.
• Establish true identity of clients for withdrawals and other counter transactions.
• Prepare cash requisitions for daily needs and transfer cash to vault when appropriate.
• Verify cash received from vault and ensure accuracy of cash on hand.
• Accept and process cash, check deposits and various payments for peso and FCDU accounts.
