Brainbox seeks a detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to support the finance team with transactions, billing, reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting. The role emphasizes compliance and collaboration with internal departments.

On-site at our Pampanga office, you’ll contribute to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in bookkeeping or related roles, with knowledge of PH financial principles and payroll processing.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related roles.
• Knowledge of PH financial principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with government-mmandated benefits (SSS/PhilHealth/PAG-IBIG).
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of financial transactions and postings.
• Assist with billing and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and reporting.
• Assist with audits by preparing supporting records and responding to queries.
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies efficiently.
• Provide general finance support and data entry.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely transactions.
