Maceda Law is looking for a Junior Associate Lawyer to join our growing legal team. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible attorney who is eager to develop their legal practice and contribute to the firm's diverse legal matters.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Assist in handling civil, commercial, corporate, labor, and other legal matters.
Represent and assist clients in hearings, meetings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings, as assigned.
Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, pleadings, letters, and other legal documents.
Monitor case developments, deadlines, and filing requirements.
Coordinate with clients, courts, government agencies, and other relevant parties.
Provide legal support to senior associates and partners.
Must be a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.

Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Philippine laws, rules, and legal procedures.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
