Job summary

Ultra Manpower Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior Associate Lawyer who can handle diverse legal work, support litigation matters, and engage with clients. A strong litigation background and corporate law experience are welcomed to transition into litigation practice.

You'll conduct research, draft pleadings and contracts, assist with court filings, attend client meetings, and review regulatory documents to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• JD or LLB admitted to practice in the Philippines
• Bar passer in good standing required
• 4+ years of experience in law firm or in-house counsel preferred
• Strong litigation background is preferred
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Adaptable and interested in developing a long-term litigation career

• Accounting/Finance background is an advantage
