Atty. Earl Louie M. Masacayan LLM, DBA, CPHR seeks a Junior Associate Lawyer for a full-time role based in Concepcion, Tarlac. You will work with senior attorneys to support diverse matters and develop core legal skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include legal research, drafting documents, preparing for trials, and advising clients under supervision. Notary sharing is available as an extra income opportunity within firm policies.

Qualifications

• Law degree (Juris Doctor or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Successful completion of the bar examination and admission to practice as an attorney.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and databases, as well as standard office software applications.
• Professional and ethical approach to legal practice with client confidentiality.

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Associate Lawyer to join our dynamic legal practice at Atty. Earl Louie M. Masacayan LLM, DBA, CPHR. This is a full-time position based in Concepcion Tarlac. As a Junior Associate Lawyer, you will work alongside experienced legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services across a range of practice areas. Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

10. Preferred: Prior internship or clerkship experience in a law firm or legal department

11. Preferred: Experience in dispute resolution, corporate law, or contract law
