MACEDA LAW seeks a Junior Associate to join our growing legal team in the Philippines. You will conduct research, draft pleadings, review contracts, and assist in hearings and negotiations, while supporting senior attorneys.

We welcome newly admitted lawyers in good standing who are organized, reliable, and eager to develop expertise across civil, corporate, labor, and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
• Newly admitted lawyers are welcome to apply.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Philippine laws, rules, and legal procedures.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Assist in handling civil, commercial, corporate, labor, and other legal matters.
• Represent and assist clients in hearings, meetings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings, as assigned.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, pleadings, letters, and other legal documents.
• Monitor case developments, deadlines, and filing requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, government agencies, and other relevant parties.
