Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Act as part of the global support function providing high-quality client experience.
• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and support timely incident resolution.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Research and resolve complex issues related to financial calculations.
• Support performance attribution analysis for multiple asset types.
• Create and maintain validation checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure high data quality across diverse asset classes.
• Monitor and resolve data quality checks and anomalies.
• Collaborate with data providers to investigate or clarify methodology.

About You

The company is looking for:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or someone with at least 6 months experience in quantitative or data analytical fields such as equity, fixed income, indices, financial markets, or investment analytics.
• Strong analytical background demonstrated through coursework, projects, or internships.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
• Experience using financial spreadsheets or databases from academics, internships, or self-study.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Exposure to Python or another programming language.
• Prior internship or project experience involving data analysis, financial modelling, or client/stakeholder communication.
