Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a Junior Active Directory Administrator to support day-to-day identity and access services within a global IT environment. You will work closely with experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience in directory services and enterprise IT operations.

This role focuses on AD operations, group policy support, and basic Windows administration, offering learning potential and structured development with exposure to hybrid identity practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing Active Directory environments
• Familiarity with Windows Server core services and roles
• Basic PowerShell scripting or automation exposure
• Understanding of hybrid identity concepts (Azure AD) and on-premises AD synchronization

Responsibilities

• Support administration of user accounts, groups, and OUs in a structured enterprise environment.
• Handle routine provisioning, updates, and deactivation activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with Group Policy implementation and validation under guidance of senior admins.
• Monitor AD health indicators and escalate issues to maintain service reliability.
• Maintain documentation for procedures, support activities, and recurring tasks.
