Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. in Manila is seeking a motivated entry-level Active Directory Administrator to support identity and access management within an enterprise IT environment. This role provides hands-on experience with AD user accounts, groups, OUs, and basic Group Policy tasks.

The position emphasizes learning scripting with PowerShell, troubleshooting, and documentation, while collaborating with senior teammates to contribute to ongoing IT operations improvements.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP concepts.
• Understanding of user, group, and computer object management.
• Basic knowledge of Group Policy and access management.
• Exposure to PowerShell or interest in learning automation and scripting.
• Awareness of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) concepts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of Active Directory user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
• Perform account creation, modification, and deactivation activities.
• Assist with Group Policy implementation, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor Active Directory services and elevate issues as needed.
• Support incident and service request resolution following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and operational records.
• Assist with reporting and process documentation activities.
• Collaborate with senior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
