Job summary

UPTC in Metro Manila is seeking an IT Infrastructure/Systems Administrator to provide daily support for AD and Windows Server environments, manage identities, and help maintain secure, compliant IT operations.

You will use PowerShell, work with Azure AD Entra ID, and collaborate with teams to improve processes, documentation, and incident/change management under ITIL guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0–2 years of IT experience.
• Foundational knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Basic exposure to PowerShell and Azure AD / Entra ID; Azure AD Connect is a plus.
• Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V, ITIL, incident and change management.
• Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V, backup concepts, networking, ITIL, incident, and change management is a plus.

• Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with willingness to learn and grow in IT Infrastructure/Systems Administration.
