Responsibilities
- Support the administration of user accounts, groups, and organizational units in a structured enterprise environment
- Handle routine account provisioning, updates, and deactivation activities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Group Policy and Access Support
- Assist with Group Policy implementation and validation under the guidance of senior administrators
- Help resolve common policy and access‑related issues while developing troubleshooting skills
- Monitoring and Issue Resolution
- Monitor key Active Directory health indicators and escalate issues as needed to maintain service reliability
- Contribute to incident and service request resolution using standard operational processes
- Documentation and Process Compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation for procedures, support activities, and recurring tasks
- Follow security, change management, and service delivery standards in a global IT environment
- Learning and Team Collaboration
- Work alongside experienced engineers and gain exposure to enterprise identity and infrastructure services
- Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives that support team development
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide support for basic Windows administration tasks related to Active Directory services
- Assist in maintaining operational tools, reports, and team documentation
- Contribute to monthly activity and service reporting, as required
- Support process documentation for operations and service delivery teams
Job Requirements
Fundamental Windows Server Knowledge
- Basic understanding of Windows Server administration and core services
- Familiarity with server roles such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP is an advantage
Active Directory Administration Basics
- Knowledge of user, group, and computer object management
- Understanding of organizational units, permissions, and standard administrative tasks
Group Policy and Access Support
- Basic knowledge of Group Policy concepts and policy application
- Ability to assist with common access and policy troubleshooting tasks
Basic Troubleshooting and Monitoring
- Ability to review logs, follow troubleshooting steps, and escalate when appropriate
- Awareness of standard operational and security procedures
PowerShell and Automation Exposure
- Basic exposure to PowerShell for simple administrative tasks or reporting
- Willingness to learn scripting and automation under supervision
Hybrid Identity Awareness
- Awareness of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) concepts is a plus
- Interest in learning hybrid identity and synchronization processes, including:
- Azure AD and Windows Server hybrid configurations
- Managing hybrid identity through Azure AD Connect
- Understanding the differences between on‑premises AD and Azure AD
- Windows Admin Center
- Centralized management of Windows Servers and AD roles
Nice to Have
- Basic familiarity with Active Directory and Windows Server backup concepts

- 02 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, service desk, or technical support preferred
