Job summary

Issy Cosmetics is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage invoicing, billing statements, and official receipts. You will monitor AR balances, aging, and assist with month-end closing while coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve billing issues.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, proficiency in Excel, and attention to detail. Fresh graduates are welcome; ERP/accounting software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, billing statements, and official receipts.
• Monitor AR balances and aging; follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end closing.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine regulations; support audits.
