Job summary

Lendi Group is a market-leading digital platform powering Australia’s property journey. The role sits in a hybrid setup with monthly Makati office presence, handling end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable to keep supplier and customer financials accurate and timely.

You will support process improvements, work with MS Office and accounting systems, and collaborate with a diverse team across Australia and the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Financial Accounting, Accounting Technology, or related field
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles, particularly in Accounts Payable
• Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in using MS Office (especially MS Excel) and accounting software/databases
• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems and tools
• Fresh graduates with a passion for accounting and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of accounts payable and accounts receivable services.
• Manage supplier accounts and processing of invoices and payments.
• Maintain AP/AR mailboxes and support reconciliations and reporting.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to AP and AR.
• Support system enhancements and process improvements as the organisation grows.
