Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks an Accounts Payable Administrator to manage AP for AU and NZ entities in a hybrid role from Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. You will handle invoice integration, templates for GL coding, and timely receipting, with month-end reconciliations and payments responsibilities.

You should have proven multi-entity AP experience, high-volume processing ability, and strong vendor communication. AEST hours apply, with competitive rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-function Accounts Payable in a multi-entity environment.
• Ability to process high-volume AP with speed and accuracy.
• Strong communication for vendor management and stakeholder follow-ups.
• High attention to detail for GL coding, bank batching, and balancing.
• Full availability to work AEST business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor two active accounts email inboxes across AU and NZ entities.
• Integrate supplier invoices and set up invoice templates for GL coding.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely receipting of goods and services.
• Prepare and load electronic payment batches into banking systems for authorization.
• Execute month-end tasks including reconciliations and journal entries.
