• Reviews, analyzes, and records Receiving Reports for the Bacolod and Palawan plants to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Prepares and processes checks and payment documents for transactions of the Bacolod and Palawan plants.
• Prepares and submits the Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) report and BIR Form 2307 for suppliers on a monthly basis.
• Prepares Carthage billing statements and monitors the receipt and recording of payments.
• Prepares and summarizes monthly expense reports for management review.
• Handles and monitors bank transactions.
