Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our Signature Team. You will be the day-to-day bridge between brand partners and internal production teams, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and assets are delivered on time.

You will gather briefs, track timelines, schedule asset delivery, and prepare weekly analytics for client reviews, while coordinating with Creative, Production, and Sales to onboard clients and manage invoices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in account management or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Job description

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and client-focused Junior Account Manager to join our Signature Team. In this role, you will be the day-to-day operational bridge between our brand partners and internal production teams. You will ensure campaigns run smoothly, assets are delivered on time, and clients receive accurate, actionable performance reports.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary daily contact for brand clients, addressing inquiries, gathering campaign briefs, and sending regular updates.
• Track campaign timelines, schedule podcast ad drops, and ensure assets (scripts, audio or video clips, and visual cards, etc.) are delivered on schedule.
• Compile, analyze, and present weekly and monthly campaign analytics (impressions, downloads, reach, CTR, etc.) for client review.
• Partner closely with Creative, Production, and Sales teams to facilitate client onboarding, invoice follow-ups, and project handoffs.
• Maintain organized client profiles, media schedules, and status boards in our CRM (Airtable/Notion).

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, agency operations, digital media planning, or client service.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Microsoft Excel, and basic CRM usage.
• Eager to learn, proactive problem-solver, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
