Job summary

SMITS, Inc. - IT Company of San Miguel Corporation in Pasig invites an experienced Sales Account Manager to build lasting client relationships and drive revenue.

You will manage portfolios, serve as the primary contact for customers, generate new business through networks, and monitor performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree, hands-on sales experience, and strong knowledge of SAP, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP software, IT and BPO
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
• Internship or OJT experience in a client-facing role is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long‑term success
• Develop positive relationships with clients
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
