We are seeking a talented Junior Architect (Licensed Architect) to join our dynamic Architecture and Design team at Triton Constructions Development Corporation. This is a full-time position based in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Junior Architect, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of architectural designs for our diverse portfolio of projects. You will work collaboratively with senior architects, designers, and multidisciplinary teams to contribute to the conceptualisation, planning, and execution of innovative building solutions. Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software and Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools
Support the conceptual design and detailed design phases of projects, ensuring compliance with design standards and regulatory requirements
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information, assess conditions, and contribute to site analysis and documentation
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to integrate architectural solutions with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
Assist in the preparation of project presentations, design proposals, and tender documentation for clients
Support the development of construction documents, specifications, and technical details
Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, sustainable design practices, and architectural trends relevant to project requirements
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients during the design development and construction phases to address queries and resolve design issues
Participate in design reviews and contribute creative ideas to enhance project quality and functionality
Maintain project files, documentation, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
A valid Professional License as an Architect in the Philippines, demonstrating your qualification to practise architecture professionally
Recent graduate or early-career architect with 0-3 years of professional experience in architectural design and practice
Strong proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent BIM platforms
Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices relevant to the Philippine context
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and familiarity with green building standards such as LEED or equivalent
Excellent technical drawing and visualisation skills with the ability to communicate design ideas clearly through drawings and presentations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Capability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with project management tools
Preferred experience with 3D visualisation software, architectural rendering, or animation tools
Preferred knowledge of site planning, master planning, or urban design concepts
