Job Description

• Design
• Understand and apply fundamental drawing standards and conventions, ensuring accurate representation of information in drawings.
• Proficiently use CAD, Sketch‑Up, Lumion, Revit, and other relevant technologies to create plans, elevations, sections, and perspectives as directed by the project architect/project manager and/or partners.
• Incorporate engineering considerations into architectural designs, recognizing their importance in the overall project.
• Develop detailed drawings to effectively communicate design intent under the guidance of your supervisor or department head.
• Take responsibility for the complete design process, from conceptualization to implementation.
• Visit project sites and address queries related to the project based on provided drawings.
• Project Management
• Prepare reports for project architects, project managers, and/or partners as required.
• Collaborate with engineers to discuss options, resolve issues, and ensure coordination between design and engineering aspects, resulting in coherent and efficient drawings.

• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and effective leadership to earn the respect of the team members and guides design‑related activities.
