You will develop detailed drawings and coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients to translate design concepts into buildable plans. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of related experience and proficiency in Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with current registration.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Proficient in Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
• Willing to be trained and to work in Makati City.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Understand and apply fundamental drawing standards and conventions, ensuring accurate representation of information in drawings.
• Proficiently use CAD, Sketch-Up, Lumion, Revit, and other relevant technologies to create plans, elevations, sections, and perspectives as directed by the project architect/project manager and/or partners.
• Incorporate engineering considerations into architectural designs, recognizing their importance in the overall project.
• Develop detailed drawings to effectively communicate design intent under the guidance of your supervisor or department head.
• Take responsibility for the complete design process, from conceptualization to implementation.
• Visit project sites and address queries related to the project based on provided drawings.
• Project Management
• Prepare reports for project architects, project managers, and/or partners as required.
• Collaborate with engineers to discuss options, resolve issues, and ensure coordination between design and engineering aspects, resulting in coherent and efficient drawings.
