JTL PRIME DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is seeking a Junior Architect in Cavite/Philippines to assist in planning, design, development, and documentation for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Architect to assist in the planning, design, development, and documentation of residential and commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with senior architects, engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure that designs are accurate, functional, and aligned with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural plans, drawings, and design concepts.
• Prepare and revise floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Assist in developing 3D models, renderings, and presentations.
• Conduct site visits and assist in checking actual site conditions.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other technical plans.
• Assist in preparing working drawings, specifications, and other construction documents.
• Review drawings and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, suppliers, and other project team members.
• Assist in monitoring construction to ensure work follows approved plans and specifications.
• Make revisions based on client, architect, or project requirements.

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture (BS Architecture).
• At least 3yrs experience
• Knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, and construction methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or other 3D/rendering software is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to conduct site visits and field work when required.
