Job summary

ZETA WORLD REALTY, INC. is seeking a Junior Architect to assist the Technical Team in planning, coordination, documentation, and implementation of housing development projects.

The role involves reviewing and updating architectural plans, coordinating with Civil, Structural, MEPFS engineers, and site personnel to ensure alignment with approved specs. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in architecture, be proficient in AutoCAD, and be willing to conduct regular site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Licensed Architect is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience in residential, housing, building construction, or real estate development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software is an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to conduct regular site visits and work with project teams and contractors.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, review, and updating of architectural plans, drawings, and technical documents.
• Review architectural drawings and ensure consistency with approved plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Assist in coordinating architectural requirements with Civil, Structural, MEPFS, Project Engineers, Contractors, and Consultants.
• Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring architectural works and project progress.
• Check actual site conditions against approved drawings and identify discrepancies or design issues.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings, punch lists, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
• Support the technical team in resolving architectural and construction-related concerns.
• Assist in reviewing material, and finish selections for compliance with approved specifications.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, technical submissions, and other architectural documents.
