Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, INC seeks a Senior Recruiter (Job Posting Specialist) to manage end-to-end job posting processes and craft compelling job ads. You’ll collaborate with recruitment teams to publish postings across platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.

You will leverage Bullhorn ATS, AI writing tools, and marketing principles to create concise ads and maintain SharePoint libraries, while supporting global recruitment teams in a hybrid Manila-based environment on US Day Shift,

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with exceptional grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple job postings in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Bullhorn.
• Experience leveraging AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Publish job openings from Bullhorn to the client application and other approved platforms.
• Create concise, engaging, and candidate-focused job advertisements that comply with platform requirements.
• Transform detailed job descriptions into 2–3 sentence advertisements using marketing and social media writing principles.
• Maintain and update the SharePoint job posting library with revised ads.

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter (Job Posting Specialist) to support our recruitment operations by managing the end-to-end job posting process and creating compelling job advertisements that attract top talent. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, experience in applicant tracking systems, and a keen eye for detail. You'll work closely with recruitment teams to ensure job postings are accurate, engaging, and published efficiently across multiple platforms.

Work Setup

Hybrid (Onsite 3 days per week in any PSG Workspaces: Makati, Alabang, EXXA Tower, SM North EDSA )

US Day Shift (Manila NS), Mondays to Fridays

Key Responsibilities

Job Posting & Content Creation

• Monitor the centralized job order mailbox and process assigned job requests by region.
• Review and manage job orders in Bullhorn, including relevant custom objects.
• Publish job openings from Bullhorn to the client application and other approved platforms.
• Create concise, engaging, and candidate-focused job advertisements that comply with platform requirements and character limits.
• Transform detailed job descriptions into compelling 2–3 sentence advertisements using marketing and social media writing principles.
• Research client companies and develop customized job advertisements for new opportunities.
• Maintain and update the SharePoint job posting library by retrieving, revising, and repurposing existing advertisements when appropriate.

Recruitment Operations

• Ensure job postings are accurate, complete, and published within established service levels.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and audits before publishing.
• Maintain consistency in branding, formatting, and messaging across all job advertisements.
• Ensure positions are published on the client application prior to external job boards whenever required.
• Support recruiters by maintaining an efficient and organized job posting workflow.

Process Improvement & Technology

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies to improve the quality and effectiveness of job advertisements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline job posting processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established recruitment publishing procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Support, Recruitment Administration, or a similar recruitment role.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job board publishing.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, employer branding, or social media copywriting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with global recruitment teams.
