Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is hiring a Job Completion Coordinator (VOICE) to support an Australian client in the glass repair and replacement sector. This role focuses on completing jobs not finished on the first visit, coordinating materials, and rebooking efficiently while keeping customers informed.

You will work across material management, supplier coordination, and customer communication to protect service promises and drive timely completions.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify missing information and outstanding actions.
• Persistence in following jobs through to completion.
• Strong organizational skills managing a large volume of incomplete work.
• Good time management and prioritization of ageing/high-risk jobs.
• Clear communication via phone and written channels with branches, suppliers, customers.
• Discipline in following established processes consistently.
• Comfort navigating multiple systems and keeping accurate notes.

Responsibilities

• Material & Resource Management: track ordering, delivery, storage of glass and materials; coordinate with suppliers; address quality issues.
• Customer Service: deliver professional, caring experience by phone and in writing; inform customers of schedule changes or delays; ensure alignment with expectations.
• Productivity & Supplier Relationship Management: ensure accuracy of orders; communicate with planners and supervisors on delays; participate in supplier review meetings.
