Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Incomplete Planner to support an Australian client in the glass repair and replacement sector. The role focuses on delivering on the time-to-service promise for jobs not completed on first visit, ordering glass and materials, coordinating outside services, and confirming lead times with suppliers to rebook efficiently.

You will update customers on status and pricing, secure deposits or approvals, and work a day shift from 8:00am–5:00pm AEST.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow up on actions.
• Persistence in completing tasks and a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong organizational skills for handling high volumes of work.
• Effective time management and prioritization of aging/high-risk jobs.
• Comfortable communicating with branches, suppliers and customers by phone and written.
• Process discipline and ability to use multiple systems.
• Clear notes and comprehension, both internally and externally.
• Experience with job management software like SimPro.

Responsibilities

• Material & Resource Management: track ordering, delivery and storage of glass and materials.
• Customer Service: deliver professional, caring experience by phone and written; inform customers of schedule changes.
• Productivity & Supplier Relationship Management: ensure order accuracy and coordinate with planners and glazing supervisors.
