ResultsCX is seeking an Operations Supervisor (Japanese Speaking and Writing) in Pasig, Philippines to lead a team of 10+ agents and drive exceptional customer service outcomes. The role includes hiring input, coaching, performance management, and daily productivity targets within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds JLPT N1/N2 certification with strong Japanese language skills and proven operations supervision experience.

Qualifications

• JLPT N1 or N2 certification required with strong Japanese communication skills.
• Proven experience in operations supervision and team leadership.
• Ability to drive performance in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of 10+ agents and oversee hiring and payroll inputs.
• Coach agent development and track KPI performance.
• Document resolutions and assist with product/account issues.
• Maintain up-to-date product and process knowledge through trainings.
• Conduct phone monitoring and desk-side coaching to ensure service levels.
