ResultsCX is seeking a Japanese bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Pasig to deliver exceptional support to retail customers through voice and non-voice channels. Fluent in Japanese and English, you will handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required; college-level education is an advantage.
• Previous experience supporting a Japanese bilingual account is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in spoken Japanese with strong English communication skills and a neutral accent.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.
• Returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Product inquiries, including sizes, styles, materials, and availability.
• Resolve delivery-related concerns and coordinate with logistics partners when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, policies, and new launches.
• Deliver professional, timely, and customer-centric service at all times.
