Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Commercial Solution Engineer to support Commercial accounts in Japan. You will blend technical expertise and business acumen to understand customer pain points, translate them into value-driven solutions, and bridge business needs with technical capabilities.

You'll lead end-to-end presales activities, deliver tailored demos, design secure solution architectures, and evangelize UiPath offerings.

Qualifications

Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration.
Experience with AI technologies like LLMs and agents.
Fluent in English and Japanese.
Strong communication, discovery and interpersonal skills with clients.

Responsibilities

Qualify opportunities with the Sales team and prioritize accordingly.
Lead end-to-end Presales activities and create strong value propositions.
Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value.
Design solutions for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of UiPath platform.
Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process.
Be an evangelist of UiPath solutions by identifying customer needs and showcasing best solutions.
