Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Commercial Solution Engineer to join our team covering Commercial accounts in Korea. You will blend technical expertise with business acumen to support the sales process from start to finish, identifying customer pain points and translating them into tailored, value-driven solutions.

Your role spans end-to-end presales, demos, and solution architecture for secure on-prem, hybrid, and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

Demonstrable track record in a client-facing role in Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Architect positions.
Strong communication, discovery and interpersonal skills with proven relationships.
Experience in process discovery, process mining, automation solutions and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

Work with Sales to qualify opportunities and prioritize accordingly.
Lead end-to-end presales activities and create strong value propositions.
Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value.
Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process.
Develop solution architectures for secure on-prem, hybrid, and cloud implementations.
