Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Commercial Solution Engineer to support commercial accounts in GCR. You will blend technical expertise with business acumen to translate pain points into value-driven solutions and lead presales activities from discovery to demonstrations.

You will design architectures for secure on-prem, hybrid, and cloud deployments, deliver tailored demos, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive customer value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in presales or sales engineering roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of automation, AI, and cloud tech.
• Experience with process discovery or RFPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities with Sales and prioritize them.
• Lead end-to-end presales activities with strong value propositions.
• Deliver high-level demos showing business value.
• Design solutions for client needs across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud.
• Address security and platform architecture concerns during the sales process.
• Collaborate with Product teams to improve functionalities.
