Responsibilities

• Analyze large volumes of customer and subscription data (Installed Base Analysis).
• Generate insights and recommendations for renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Support end-to-end renewal process (analysis → recommendation → sales → execution).
• Collaborate with internal sales and renewal teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders and customers when needed.
• Manage administrative tasks such as ticket/case creation and follow-ups.
• Track renewals, expirations, and identify growth opportunities.
