Recruitify HR is seeking a Native or Non-Native Japanese-speaking B2B Customer Success Manager to handle client accounts from Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The role supports customers in Japanese and English, with a hybrid work setup.

Start date is negotiable and relocation to the Philippines is supported. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of B2B/account management experience, strong communication skills in both languages, and familiarity with CRM tools for multi-channel support, including

Qualifications

• 1-2 years B2B/account management experience.
• JLPT N1 Japanese preferred; bilingual Japanese/English is required.
• Willingness to relocate to the Philippines and work in Taguig/Bonifacio Global City.

For Non Native Japanese Speaker JLPT N1 Filipino candidates preferred. Can be in any countries as long they are willing to relocate back to Philippines.
