Job summary

MiQ in Manila is seeking a bilingual Japanese Sales Planner to join the Center of Success. You will support client acquisition, deliver proposals in Japanese and English, and bridge Japanese-speaking stakeholders with the regional team across JAPAC.

This role blends sales planning, market research and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Trading, DnA, Product, and Marketing, focusing on Japan and SEA markets, with a hybrid work arrangement in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.
• Experience with Japanese stakeholders is a plus.
• Interest in digital media and programmatic advertising.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to deadlines.
• Clear communication across markets and functions.
• Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate, compelling proposals for Japan and SEA markets.
• Collaborate with Sales Leads and in-market teams during pre-sale periods to grow business.
• Translate and localize content between Japanese and English where needed.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to develop data-driven insights for RFPs.
• Ensure proposals and materials align with MiQ brand guidelines and are well organized.
